Project Management
This service allows the client to delegate full authority and
responsibility of all project activity to Gateway Technology Group.
Gateway Technology Group manages all project activities for the
client. This is from project inception, project planning,
maintenance of schedules, staffing, quality assurance, risk
management, budget, scope to completion keeping the client fully
informed every step of the way via weekly status meetings. Project
Management Institute (PMI) framework is utilized.
